What data we collect

This website does not have accounts or contact forms. We receive personal data only when you contact us yourself, by email, phone or WhatsApp. This is usually your name, contact details, travel dates and anything you tell us about your plans.

Payment for tours and transfers is made in cash, by MB Way or by PayPal, not through this website. This website does not process payments and does not collect card details. If you pay by MB Way or PayPal, the payment is handled by those providers under their own privacy policies.

Why we use it

To answer your questions, prepare and carry out your tour or transfer, issue invoices, and meet our legal obligations. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before one, and our legal obligations.

How long we keep it

Records that we must keep for accounting and tax purposes, such as invoices, are kept for the periods required by Portuguese law. Other personal data, such as the messages you send us, is kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or booking.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as messaging (WhatsApp, email), payment (MB Way, PayPal) and website hosting providers, and with the authorities where the law requires it.
